2. The error or discrepancy you want to correct must be demonstrably incorrect and officially documented.

1. Misspelled name or address
2. Incorrect date of birth
3. Wrong blood group
4. Mismatching vehicle category
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card photocopy with signature
2. Two photographs
3. Original driving license
4. Shapat Patra (Affidavit)
5. Two government documents for correction
