Eligibility:
1. You must be the original holder of the lost or damaged driving license in all over India and Your State.
2. The missing license shouldn't have been suspended or revoked at the time of loss.
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card photocopy
2. Two photographs
3. License photocopy
4. FIR copy or Shapat Patra
