Eligibility:
1. You must be the owner of the vehicle or have a proper authorization letter from the owner.
2. The vehicle must be registered in another state in India.
3. The vehicle must be in good condition and meet all MP safety and emission standards.
4. No pending challans or violations against the vehicle in the previous state.
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card photocopy of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)
2. PAN card photocopy of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)
3. Two photographs of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)
4. Insurance photocopy
5. Original RC
6. Original NOC Certificate
7. Form 28
8. Form 29 (required for vehicle transfer)
9. Form 30 with chassis number tracing (required for vehicle transfer)
10. Vehicle PUC (Pollution Under Control)
11. Form 34 (if there's addition of finance)
12. Photocopy of fitness certificate (if the vehicle is commercial)
