1. The heavy vehicle (exceeding 7,500 kg gross vehicle weight) must be originally registered in India.
2. You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or possess a Power of Attorney from the owner.
3. The vehicle must meet relevant emission and safety standards as per Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and MP Motor Vehicles Rules.
4. No pending challans or violations against the vehicle in any state.
1. Aadhar card photocopy of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)
2. PAN card photocopy of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)
3. Two photographs of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)
4. Insurance photocopy
5. Original RC
6. Original NOC Certificate
7. Form 28
8. Form 29 (required for vehicle transfer)
9. Form 30 with chassis number tracing (required for vehicle transfer)
10. Vehicle PUC (Pollution Under Control)
11. Form 34 (if there's addition of finance)
12. Photocopy of fitness certificate (if the vehicle is commercial)
