To register a three-wheeler from another state in Madhya Pradesh, you need to go through a specific process with certain eligibility criteria and required documents. Here's a comprehensive guide to help you understand


Eligibility:

1. The three-wheeler must be in good condition and meet MP Motor Vehicles Rules standards for auto-rickshaws.

2. It must be legally registered in its original state with valid documents.

3. No pending challans or violations against the vehicle exist in any state.

4. You must possess a valid driving license with the appropriate endorsement for auto-rickshaw driving in Madhya Pradesh.

Required Documents:

1. Aadhar card photocopy of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)

2. PAN card photocopy of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)

3. Two photographs of both buyer and seller (required for vehicle transfer)

4. Insurance photocopy

5. Original RC

6. Original NOC Certificate

7. Form 28

8. Form 29 (required for vehicle transfer)

9. Form 30 with chassis number tracing (required for vehicle transfer)

10. Vehicle PUC (Pollution Under Control)

11. Form 34 (if there's addition of finance)
