Eligibility:
Limited circumstances: TP Permits for all states are typically issued for exceptional situations, not for regular interstate travel.
These may include:
1. Emergency medical transportation across states.
2. Transporting vehicles for repair or sale outside MP.
3. Delivery of essential goods or materials across state lines.
4. Temporary re-location of a vehicle during owner's transfer to another state.
