Eligibility:
1. The vehicle must be registered in another Indian state and be temporarily operating in Madhya Pradesh.
2. The original state of registration allows issuance of a temporary fitness certificate valid within Madhya Pradesh.
3. The vehicle must meet the minimum safety standards as per Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and MP Motor Vehicles Rules.
Required Documents:
1. Machine and machine bill
2. Viper
3. Indicator
4. Brake Light
5. TT Horn
6. The bumper should not be fitted at the front in a small vehicle and should be fitted at the rear in a big vehicle.
7. The glass should not be broken
8. The car should be empty
9. Radium 3 mm is used
10. Chassis should not be big
11. If the permit is valid and if the vehicle is from outside (like if the vehicle of another RTO has to be fitted in some other RTO)
12. Fastag is installed
13. Pollution card should be valid only for 6 months
14. The body of the vehicle should not be damaged.
15. The vehicle should have the correct number plate (HSRP) and the number should be written clearly.
16. In the RC of the vehicle, open or close is written correctly according to the body.
