2. Your new address must be with in all over India.

Required Documents:

1. Aadhar card with the new address

2. PAN card

3. Photocopy of vehicle insurance

4. Two photographs of the vehicle owner

5. If financed, a letter from the financier

6. Original RC

7. Dhosna Patra or Declaration Form
