Eligibility:
1. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle in all over India.
2. The loan secured against the vehicle must be fully repaid.
3. You must have obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the financier stating the loan closure.
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card, PAN card, and driving license photocopies with signatures on each paper
2. Original RC card
3. One passport-size photo
4. Photocopy of vehicle insurance
5. PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate
6. Signed declaration or Dhosna Patra
7. Form 35 from a bank with signature
