Eligibility:
1. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle registered in all over India.
2.The vehicle should have a valid registration and insurance.
3. The new color shouldn't violate any traffic regulations or resemble emergency vehicle colors.
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card and PAN card photocopies of the vehicle owner
2. Two photographs of the vehicle owner
3. Original RC card
4. Photocopy of vehicle insurance
5. PUC (Pollution Under Control) photocopy
6. Workshop bill with GST
7. Photograph of the vehicle
8. If the vehicle is financed, a letter from the financier
