1. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle as per the RC.
2.The vehicle is financed through a loan from a bank or financial institution.
3.The loan agreement specifies the need for hypothecation endorsement on the RC.
1. Aadhar card and PAN card photocopies with signatures on each paper
2. Original RC card
3. One passport-size photo
4. Photocopy of vehicle insurance
5. PUC (Pollution Under Control) certificate
6. Signed declaration or Dhosna Patra
7. Form 34 from a bank with a signature
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Some RTOs might require an NOC from the previous financier if the vehicle is a second-hand purchase with an existing loan.
2. Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate: This might be required by certain RTOs depending on the vehicle's age and location.
