Eligibility:
1. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle in all over India.
2. The vehicle modification from open to closed body must be done legally and comply with all safety and emission standards for closed-body vehicles.
3. No outstanding challans or traffic fines associated with the vehicle.
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card and PAN card photocopies of the vehicle owner
2. Two photographs of the vehicle owner
3. Original RC card
4. Photocopy of vehicle insurance
5. PUC (Pollution Under Control) photocopy
6. Original permit
7. Copy of fitness certificate
8. If the vehicle is financed, a letter from the financier
9. Kanta Parchi (Weight Receipt)
10. Photograph of the vehicle
