1. Aadhar card photocopy of both buyer and seller

2. PAN card photocopy of both buyer and seller

3. Two photographs of both buyer and seller

4. Original RC card

5. Photocopy of vehicle insurance

6. PUC photocopy

7. Signed Form 29 and Form 30 by both parties

8. Traced chassis number on Form 30

9. Photocopy of fitness certificate (if the vehicle is commercial)

10 Original permit

11. Form 34 for addition of hypothecation (if applicable)

12. Form 35 for termination of hypothecation (if applicable)
