Eligibility:
1. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle.
2. You must have a registered address in all over India.
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card and PAN card
2. Photocopy of vehicle insurance
3. Two photos of the vehicle owner
4. Police FIR or Sapat Patra (Affidavit)
5. Bank NOC if the vehicle is financed
6. Signature on Declaration or Dhosna Patra
7. Signature on Form No. 26
