Eligibility:
1. Your vehicle must be registered in all over India.
2. The renewal application should be made 60 days before the RC expires.
3. No outstanding challans or traffic fines associated with the vehicle.
Required Documents:
1. Aadhar card and PAN card photocopies of the vehicle owner
2. Two photographs of the vehicle owner
3. Original RC card
4. Photocopy of vehicle insurance
5. PUC photocopy
6. Chassis trace and owner's signature on Form 25
7. Signature on Dhosna Patra or Declaration Form
